{"id":843,"date":"2014-08-11T09:24:22","date_gmt":"2014-08-11T16:24:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/storymind.com\/blog\/?p=843"},"modified":"2014-08-11T09:24:22","modified_gmt":"2014-08-11T16:24:22","slug":"how-to-make-storyweaver-fonts-larger-in-windows","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/storymind.com\/blog\/how-to-make-storyweaver-fonts-larger-in-windows\/","title":{"rendered":"How to make StoryWeaver fonts larger in Windows"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For most monitors, StoryWeaver text is a good, readable size in Windows. \u00a0But, on some higher resolution monitors, it can be hard to read. \u00a0While there is no font size adjustment in StoryWeaver, here is a work-around that really works!<\/p>\n<p>Read all the following before trying it:<\/p>\n<p>1. \u00a0Go to your control panel and in the search box, type &#8220;magnify.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>This will bring up an option to magnify the screen. \u00a0Click it and you go to a window that has windows accessibility options. \u00a0(If you hear a voice reading the screen, you can uncheck the narrator voice at the top where it says &#8220;always read this screen.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>2. \u00a0Select the box to turn magnifier on.<\/p>\n<p>This will open a magnifier control window that allows you to set what will be magnified and by how much.<\/p>\n<p>3. \u00a0In the &#8220;Views&#8221; menu in the magnifier box, select &#8220;full screen.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>When you do, your entire screen will magnify and you can move around by scrolling to the sides, top and bottom with your mouse.<\/p>\n<p>4. \u00a0Use the &#8220;-&#8221; and &#8220;+&#8221; symbols in the magnifier box to make zoom greater or smaller.<\/p>\n<p>5. \u00a0To exit magnification hold down the key with the Windows icon and the ESC key at the same time.<\/p>\n<p>6. \u00a0You can pin the magnify function to your icon bar for easy access if you like.<\/p>\n<p>The best part of this work-around is that you can magnify anything on your screen, not just StoryWeaver. \u00a0Give it a try and get into the details!<\/p>\n<p id=\"obi_random_banners_posts\" class=\"obi_random_banners_posts\"><a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Man-Made-First-Hour-Event-ebook\/dp\/B09WYXMFBV\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storymind.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Screenshot-2023-11-27-3.58.58-PM.png\" class=\"aligncenter\"><\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For most monitors, StoryWeaver text is a good, readable size in Windows. \u00a0But, on some higher resolution monitors, it can be hard to read. \u00a0While there is no font size adjustment in StoryWeaver, here is a work-around that really works!
