Read the Science Fiction Thriller

From the founder of Storymind

Man Made follows a mysterious force as it sweeps around the globe erasing anything man made - from buildings, vehicles, and technology to medicines, clothing, and dental work.

Governments stagger under the panic, religions are at a loss for an explanation, scientists strive for any means to stop or divert the phenomenon, and the world’s population from families to individuals struggle to prepare for The Event, which will drive humanity back beyond the stone age.

The Event is coming.

Are you prepared?

~ Step 74 ~

Protagonist Personal

So far you have a character with the role of protagonist laid over it.  But how does this character's personality affect the protagonist function, and vice versa?  How do these two aspects combine or conflict?

The object of this step is to humanize the protagonist, to weave the function through the character's personality to make a seamless person.  You want to think of specific instances, scenes, and dialogues where the audience can clearly observe how the personality of the character responds to and also moderates the role of protagonist.

And while you're at it, consider how the personality and function of the protagonist both respond to and are impacted by other characters and other story points.

In this step, describe how you will reveal to your readers the impact of your protagonist's personality on his or her function.
