When things begin to make sense, you are entering a narrative. When everything makes sense you have crossed the event horizon and are fully within the narrative. From that point forward, everything you experience is Confirmation Bias.
Part of the motivation to have the staying power to impact another to grow into a more positive place is derived from the joy of f***ing with them for their own eventual good.

God, in His wisdom, has arranged the world so that none of us, even if only unwittingly stepping on bugs in the grass, cannot avoid causing pain and death. In this way, we are all responsible for suffering, for only if everyone of us is guilty can all of us be guilty.
Those who believe in the strength of their convictions speak softly in an effort to persuade.
Those who do not believe their convictions are strong shout to drown out all contrary voices.
